Exchange & Return Policy

Bait Al Rayhan places great importance on carefully managing and monitoring all purchases and shipping processes to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a smooth and convenient shopping experience.

Return Policy:

1. Notification Period: Customers may return the product at no additional return shipping cost, provided that the return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.

2. Return Process: Customers must contact our Customer Service Department to notify us of their request to return the product. The customer will then be provided with the necessary steps and instructions to complete the return process.

3. Refund: Once the returned product is received, the refund will be issued using the original payment method within 14 business days.

Exchange Policy:

Applicable only to customers within the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Orders may be exchanged for the same product or other products subject to the following conditions:

1. Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused and unopened, with no scratches or damage, and the original packaging and labels must be intact.

2. Exchange Value: The value of the replacement product must be equal to or less than the original product. If the replacement product is less expensive, the difference will be refunded to the customer.

3. Exchange Process: Customers must contact our Customer Service Department to request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the order. No additional return shipping fees will be charged, and the customer will be provided with the necessary steps and instructions to complete the exchange process.

• If you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately to arrange a return or exchange, refund any additional costs incurred, and provide a replacement product.
• If you receive an incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service Team within 3 days of receiving your order, and the correct product will be shipped to you free of charge.
